Randy Waesche has spent his 42 years as a financial consulting pioneer guiding Resource Management, LLC. to national prominence.  He is active professionally and, in the community, serving on numerous committees and Boards.  Professionally, he has served on the Financial Planning Association (FPA) Investment Committee and is a former national board member for the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the predecessor of the FPA.  Civically, Mr. Waesche is a former member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center; a nationally recognized center of excellence for cancer treatment and is still active on their finance committee.  In the past, he has served on the Boards of the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation, the West St. Tammany Parish YMCA, the St. Tammany Parish Economic Development Foundation, and the Northshore Community Foundation.


In addition to his wealth management activities, Mr. Waesche has a specialty in family business advising, and has earned Fellow status with the Family Firm Institute ( where he has also earned certificates in Family Business Planning and family Wealth Advising.  Mr. Waesche has been recognized by Money and WORTH magazines as among the top financial planners in the country. 


Mr. Waesche holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a major in Ecology and minors in Chemistry, English, and Biology.  He earned his designation, Certified Financial Planner in 1977 from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

Michael Zabalaoui, CFP®, CPA, MS, PFS

Michael Zabalaoui has been a Fee-Only financial counselor with Resource Management, LLC. since 1984 and specializes in providing financial advice for individuals and small businesses. His services include technical advice as related to investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, retirement, and business planning. Mr. Zabalaoui is a native New Orleanian. He attended New Orleans Academy for grade school and high school and succeeded in completion of both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of New Orleans. He has been named seven times as among the "Top 250 Financial Advisors" in the U.S. by WORTH magazine. He is an adjunct finance professor at Tulane University College where he has taught for over 15 years. He regularly writes and speaks on topics related to finance and can be heard on WWNO/NPR 89.9 FM with the local financial report.

Mr. Zabalaoui is a CFP® Certified Financial Planner. He is also a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and an unlicensed CPA through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has a Master of Science in Accounting and Tax and is an active member of both the LA Society of CPA's and the AICPA.

Beatrice Waesche, CFP®

Beatrice Waesche, CFP® completed her undergraduate education at Louisiana State University in 2015 with a concentration in financial planning through the Certified Financial Planner™ program at LSU. While there, she was selected by the faculty and inducted into the Finance Academy reserved for LSU’s elite financial students. After college, Beatrice interned for Charles Schwab Advisor Services in Orlando, Florida where she was introduced to the industry and to financial planners around the country. From there she worked in Houston, Texas at a wealth management firm where her focus was working with widowed clients, young professionals, and complex estate planning strategies. She moved back to Louisiana in August 2017 to work for Resource Management, LLC- a Fee-Only, award winning, wealth advisory firm specializing in financial planning and asset management for family businesses and individuals worldwide. In 2018, she earned certifications in both Family Business Advising and Family Wealth Advising through the Family Firm Institute. She plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in advanced financial planning.


Beatrice is passionate about financial planning and enjoys working with clients of all ages. You can hear her occasionally on NPR giving the market report. She serves as the Treasurer for the Financial Planning Association of Greater New Orleans. When she isn’t seeing clients, Beatrice fills her time volunteering and is actively involved in Northshore-Mandeville Kiwanis Club, Young Leadership Council of New Orleans and plays USTA tennis.
